Great spot. So much better than a hotel. Staying here was like living in a nice quiet high end neighborhood with lots of super neighbors. Siting on the porch of the master suite with a glass of wine watching the sunset was amazing. Being on the S end of Lahaina allowed us to walk into town for sight seeing, dining, exercise, etc. Definitely a place to go back to again and again!!!
I just wanted to take a moment to let you know what a fantastic vacation we had at this property. This property is incredible and as noted by a previous guest on your website it is even better than shown on the web. It is truly a piece of paradise and we were so glad to be able to spend time enjoying the beauty of your home both inside and outside. The view from the lanai made me want to wake up earlier and earlier each morning. My husband and our two boys thought it was the nicest spot we had ever rented for a family vacation. We would definitely like to rent from you again!
The owner told me that I would not need to bring anything other than my clothes and she was accurate. Perfectly stocked, perfectly located, beautiful, lovely furniture and art work. Relaxed evening meals on the lanae. Sleeping with the windows open to the sound of the waves lapping at the shore. Nothing needed to be improved.
We loved the unit! Great location, view was fantastic. We had the best whale watching yet. Well decorated and comfortably furnished. Bedding and linens were of good quality. Beach towels and pool totes supplied as well. The kitchen was well stocked and we like to cook in a lot, the best selection of pans we have had. Being business owners and executives, the up-to-date wireless connection was appreciated. Of course, the guys really enjoyed the home theatre setup after their long days of golfing! The girls enjoyed relaxing on the lounge furniture on the wonderful lanai. We are planning to visit Maui again in 2011 and hope to get the same Puamana unit.

I wanted a special place to celebrate my sister's 60th birthday and we could not have been happier than at Puamana 58-2. It is a three-bedroom four-bathroom recently remodeled townhome 14 steps from the Pacific! Three of the four bathrooms offer walk-in showers. The master suite opens to the pacific with a private balcony with beautiful teak furniture. The kitchen has all the latest appliances and is equipped more like your home than a rental; it has every tool, pot, pan, dish, etc. that you could possibly ask for. It has a beautiful black granite countertop with 4 stools for that breakfast or more casual meal. There are three large flatscreen tv's and a great sound system with satellite radio. If you are looking for that special place, this is it!
There were cockroaches, not enough towels and some of those were mildewed beyond laudering. There were only 2 wineglasses and the coffee maker did not work. I had to clean after we arrived and was embarassed when one of our guests tried to clean up a spill on the kitchen floor and the paper towel came up black. For what we paid, it should have been better, or at least clean.
You can't go wrong with either the standard of the townhouse or the location. Just perfect, and very relaxing. One member of our party did find the bed a bit hard, but no other problems apart from that, and I would return in a heatbeat.
Puamana 58-2 was a great vacation rental and I would consider renting it again. It was oceanfront, had awesome sunsets and lovely upgraded accomodations.
I recently stayed here with my family (2 couples in our 30's, one couple in their 60's and a 1.5 year old!). It was perfect! The downstairs bedroom was great for the those who couldn't do stairs and the upstairs rooms were lovely as well. All of the rooms had large, recently renovated bathrooms (only one tub) and there was a 4th bathroom on the ground floor as well. This property is right on the beach, just steps from the club house and beautiful. Puamana is our favorite Hawaii spot. Quite, calm, on the water and close to everything. Thanks for an incredible family vacation that we will never forget.
The town home's condition (very recently renovated) and cleanliness was top notch. I hadn't stayed at Puamana since the 70's and was very pleasantly surprised to find such well kept and updated grounds. The beach in May was great with a surf that was good for our beginners. There are great sunsets from this property!
58-2 is wonderful. The property is very clean and first class. High quality throughout the home. The view is incredible. We watched whales from the lanai. My only negative is that the beds were hard and uncomfortable. But, the sofa was fine for me to sleep on.
