111-1 Garden/Pool View

My family loved this home for our toddler's first trip to Hawaii! We brought a grandparent along to help with the kiddo, and having three bedrooms with one downstairs was ideal for our multi-generation family. The location is amazing, minutes from tons of activities, restaurants and shopping, and yet completely relaxing. It's right next to a playground and swimming pool, and steps from the beach. Everything in the unit is clean and updated. Beds are very comfortable. A/C worked perfectly. We hope to be back next year!

We really enjoyed the location of this place. We had the pool, the beach, and a variety of restaurants and shops downtown.

We were 4 adults, one couple and 2 singles. We cooked and BBQ’d a lot. Kitchen was well equipped. We all had room to spread out.
There were 4 beach chairs and 2 boogie boards which we used! Just a short walk -100 feet? To beach and a little over a mile walk into Lahaina. Lovely complex. This unit is adjacent to
Kids pool and play area but it was never too loud.
Would love to come back here in the future.

This is the perfect place to stay for your trip to Maui, especially if you have kids. There’s plenty of space and the rooms are comfortable and clean. However, the best part is the proximity to the beach and the amenities of the community itself. Being able to walk out your door and be at the beach within seconds is amazing. It is also extremely close to the main downtown of Lahaina and we were able to rent bikes and bike each day with our kids down to get dinner or to shop on the main street. Our kids love the fact that they could just wake up and walk out the door to the beach and we felt safe. Just letting them roam around. This location is perfect for your trip to Maui and is close enough to all the local hotspots to have a quick drive during the day. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning there with my family.

We were impressed with the layout of property. Kitchen was great, well equipped with utensils and cleaning supples. Great dinning area that sit comfortably for 6 of us. Bedrooms are also great, each has its own bathrooms. Have a nice beach with easy access within 100 steps. Also supplied with boogie boards, surf boards, towels, beach chairs and umbrellas for beach activities. Overall it's a very nice resorts with a beautiful ground maintenence, clean and comfortable space. We would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives. Will come back again next time.

the place is perfect if you want a balance between the pool and ocean. You are just around the corner to the pool and maybe a 5 minute walk to one of the two beach access points. The place was not clean. We had to clean, but it was still a good place to stay at. I

We vacationed with our two young kids and grandparents too. This space was a perfect fit. Grandparents had a ground floor suite, kids and parents were upstairs. The kitchen was gorgeous and decently equipped. The huge TV was a welcome addition for kiddo quiet time (you cant be in the sun all day). And, cool bonus- there is basically a private play structure two steps from the backyard. I cant stress how excellent it was to be able to jump over to the beach (just across the lawn) and be close enough to rinse off and join up at the house at a moments notice. We'll stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Puamana. The house was comfortable and relaxing. We all were well rested on the comfortable beds in each room. The kitchen was well appointed and we made good use of the patio. Flowers were blooming everywhere, birds surrounded us. We were just a few steps away from one of the three pools and enjoyed a few sunsets at the saltwater pool that hangs over the ocean. Three teens were happy here and so was grandpa! It was a quick drive to wonderful snorkeling spots and a 20 minute walk into Lahaina. We enjoyed some nice happy hours in town, there were many good restaurants to choose from. Beautiful beaches were close by, so many to choose from. We will return!

Clean, spacious condo in a relaxed community setting nearby by to many of Maui's best attractions. A walk or short drive to downtown Lahaina, an easy drive to Ka'anapali and Napili beach, and surfing available right on the property. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved spending a week in the gorgeous Puamana community—right on the ocean and walking distance to Lahaina. This unit should be rented by only families with children since a community pool is essentially in its backyard. We would return to the community but not to this unit.

We were, in every way, pleased with our vacation rental experience. The rental had plenty of room for the three couples in our party. The rental was very clean, sufficient supplies were already in place to take care of our needs, and the kitchen facilities made our stay a lot less expensive than it would have been had we needed to rely on eating out for every meal. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for our family!!

Condo unit was the perfect size with 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. We would recommend an upgrade to the downstairs bedroom air conditioner, it was incredibly noisy. Some of the furniture is getting a little worn. Light fixture cover missing from light in master bathroom. Electrical cover plate missing on receptacle in master bedroom. Found out during our first BBQ there were no steak knives and no spare propane bottle. The unit had a ton of dishes but no storage containers for food. The kitchen cupboards were not clean on the outside or the inside on some of the lower ones. The broom is in bad shape and nearly impossible to sweep with. There are no cleaning products at all which makes a 10 day stay a bit difficult. Things like toilet brushes a few cleaning chemicals etc. would have been greatly appreciated. The condo complex itself was amazing, and we really loved being by the kid friendly pool, no complaints there. The unit again was perfect for us, but this is not up to the same standard of units that we typically rent. We would definitely rent in this complex again and would rent the unit again if all of our above suggestions were addressed.

This was a very nice property, and suited our party of three couples quite well. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. The property was comfortable. Some parts of it could use an upgrade – the couches in the living room we’re worn and the air conditioner in the downstairs room was so loud that It interfered with sleep. There was a strong smell of mold if the unit was left closed up for any time, probably from the washing machine. The upstairs master bed was quite firm, good for some and too firm for others. The swimming pool was well-maintained.

Amazing hosts, easy access to Lahaina and all the island has to offer. We've stayed her twice and will definitely go back again!

We stayed here with our four kids, and it was perfect. Super comfortable, great kitchen and the Puamana grounds are beautiful. We loved the pool on the ocean, the clubhouse and tennis court. Its south Lahaina so it's a bit of a hike to town, and unfortunately, you cant use the bikes. If you have little ones, you are backed up to the kids pool, which would be perfect. With 3 bathrooms, and two bathtubs, its easy for every one to get ready or clean up after a long day. Plenty of beach chairs, coolers and sand toys.

True to its name, this rental has a commanding view of the pool. We were able to comfortably enjoy the day, quickly strolling to the pool or the beach. The 3 bathrooms allowed us all to get cleaned up after an excursion and the kitchen was amply equipped. However, it was distinctly missing a coffee grinder. If we are ever in Lahaina again, we will consider staying here.

We were traveling with four adults and two 4-year-olds. The kids loved having their own room and beds, and the house is directly behind the playground and one of the pools. You can see the ocean (which is across the street) from the master bedroom windows and hear the waves at night. The place was impeccably clean, with high quality kitchen appliances and tools. The rental also came with tons of snorkel gear, two (cheap) boogie boards, pool toys and beach chairs. We would stay again!

We just returned from a 10 day vacation and stayed in Puamana for the 4th time. Unit 111-1 was a great fit for our family. Being so close to the play area, pool and beach are just perfect if you are travelling with children. The unit was clean and offered many extra amenities for use at the beach.
As always, the Medina Family was professional, friendly and helpful to work with. We just won't rent from anyone else!

My husband and I and two of our grown children and their partners stayed for seven nights at this beautiful rental. The house was updated in a lovely way clean and fresh. It was steps to the ocean with a bit of an ocean view from the upstairs bedroom. The Family pool was just behind our unit. The stunning quiet pool on the ocean was a few minutes walk away . We all had our own large bedrooms with our own bathrooms . The laundry facilities were a bonus . We would stay in this gorgeous complex again in a heartbeat and recommend it highly . Lahaina is the perfect mix of tourist places and sheer beauty We’ve always stayed in while Wailea before but I actually now prefer Lahaina. Our contact people responded quickly to all of our texts and also let us check out Lane which was very helpful since our flight was at 11 PM .

When we arrived after dark, the lights had been left on to give us a warm reception, another lovely touch.

We had our family including 2 under-two grandchildren and found this place to be very comfortable and clean, with one exception. The BBQ grill was rusted and required a full scrub down before being able to use. We were also surprised that the BBQ was a charcoal variety - I haven't used charcoal in decades. Charcoal seems to be the standard in the complex, but it is messy, time consuming and stays hot way too long for little fingers to be around. We tried it one night, ended up with the oven broiler and didn't use it the rest of the week. Other than that, we had enjoyed the place, its location and its quietness.

We had a magical time on Maui with our daughter and her family. The Puamana complex is in a perfect location. It is walking distance to Lahaina, and 15 - 20 minutes to the best beaches.
We had a few small issues, and they were immediately addressed by Rick, the property manager. Whenever we had a question, he responded in a timely fashion.
We made use of the children's pool, which was adjacent to our unit. The kids loved it.
All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We hope to return - although next time we'll try to rent a place with a view of the water!

This location was great and it had all the facilities to make sure you have a great vacation. Newly renovated, close to pool and beach access, beach chairs and toys for kids right next downtown Lahaina. The owners are very welcoming and they want to make sure your stay is perfect. My family of 6 stayed at this beautifully renovated condo just a mile south of the waterfront area of Lahina. The home had all the amenities necessary for a relaxing vacation - lovely kitchen and dining area, quiet air conditioning, nice bathrooms and a pleasant patio for outdoor dining and seating. For a family the condo location was great since the playground and a pool are located just on the other side of the hedge behind the condo. The condo development is beautiful although there is no real sand beach access at the condo development. Within a half a mile walk from the condo toward Lahina there is public access to a beautiful and lightly used sandy beach which has excellent swimming and snorkeling. The on island property manager was very responsive when we had a problem and promptly came by to fix it. I would definitely recommend this property.
