129-3 Pualei drive was completely re-built in 2017 in coastal living style with new everything. Split AC in every room. The reverse floor plan is unique in Puamana and provides privacy as the kitchen and living area, with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows, are upstairs. Both bedrooms are downstairs. There are three different patio areas to enjoy the indoor-outdoor island lifestyle depending on the sun and your mood.
During the day, take a stroll around the 30 acres of oceanfront tropical gardens in Puamana, play tennis or work out in the ocean-view gym. Catch a few waves out front as Puamana is located on a seasonal sandy beach with three surf spots. In the evening, gather for pupus or to talk story with your neighbors at the historic clubhouse. Puamana is a gated, low-density community with that old Hawaiiana vibe, a popular vacation destination located within easy biking distance to historic Lahaina town. This property was perfect for our extended family holiday. Not only was the house beautiful, the location of the complex was perfect for us, w/a surf break right out front. We had one issue with a leaking pipe over the weekend, and the management were very responsive and sent someone out even though nobody was working that day. They also genuinly cared that we had a great stay, and I will for sure be back to stay here again.

We really enjoyed the updated and clean unit.
The location to the water and Lahaina was perfect. Very nice bathrooms and walk-in showers. Also really liked the wet bar and drink fridge on the first floor when using the front lanai. When we return, we'll definitely use APVR again.

The condo was fantastic!! Comfortable rooms and nice common area. Outdoor areas of the unit were quiet and relaxing. It is 50 yards from a beautiful sandy beach and is within walking distance to Lahaina. Easy check in and check out procedures.

We had stayed a total of 5 days at Catherine’s rental property. During our time we did run into a small problem but they were on top of it and also bought us dinner for the trouble so they really care about their guest. The place was very spacious and we felt at home. Really clean and had plenty of extra towels, blankets, sheets etc. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal and more. The front and back patio were nice to just relax and even BBQ. You are just a couple seconds away from the beach. The location was perfect and located in a nice secured area. check in and check out was easy. It was a little pricey but with a good amount of people to pitch in you can get your money’s worth. I would definitely stay here again.

Far exceeded expectations. This condo is newly renovated and beautifully appointed. It has everything thing you could possibly need and then some. We had a few minor problems the first day and the maintenance staff fixed right away. Our stay was five nights and we hated to leave.

This home was perfect for us and the management company was very responsive. On the first day we were there we discovered that the blender was broken and they had a replacement to us in under an hour. The area where it is located is a quiet family oriented place away from the noise and crowds of Lahaina but a short drive away. (It is a little long for a walk but doable.) The unit is not oceanfront but the you can see the ocean from the upper room and you can walk directly across the street to it. Both bedrooms on the first floor have in suite bathrooms and the TV area in the upper room can be screened off and has a third full bath. All in all and great place to stay. We would definitely stay there again.

This unit is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Very comfortable with beachy accents. I loved the reverse floor plan living that took advantage of the view. We were a party of three adults and two children ages 13 and 10. Very comfortable and plenty of room.
