This three bedroom oceanfront unit is a great value for guests that are more interested in location than amenities. The new owners are planning a much needed remodel sometime in 2023 and until then this is available for a reduced price. You will enjoy a direct oceanfront Puamana unit with amazing views. The unit has two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with 2 twins. The living room is on the street side of the unit where you will find the TV. There is also a family room which opens up to the lanai and has a queen size sofabed.
After a day of paddle-boarding or making sandcastles on the beach, unwind in your private indoor/outdoor accommodation. Grill dinner on the lanai while you enjoy the evening entertainment of sunsets between Lanai and Kaho'olawe islands, surfers and whales. Grab a board and head out front as Puamana has a half mile of shoreline with three surf spots! A short walk and you are at the historic clubhouse where you can gather to meet neighbors and friends. Stroll around the property and play pickleball or take a swim in one of the three pools, one oceanfront. Puamana is a 30 acre, oceanfront, low-density, gated community with that old Hawaiiana vibe, located within easy biking distance to historic Lahaina town. With the mild climate and clear waters, you will see why Hawaiian Royalty made Lahaina their home. Puamana is a popular vacation destination.
There is no AC in this unit but we have installed portable AC units in the three bedrooms.

This was the perfect rental for our family of 4 (2 teenagers that needed separate rooms). Everyone was comfortable and the view from lanai was incredible. We spent every morning and evening relaxing here. The complex was peaceful and family friendly, and the condo itself was clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again. It is a very convenient location for visiting other spots on the island.

Location was as described and worked well for our group of 8. We cooked outside and in the kitchen for several meals. The views were great and we saw several surfers, whales, turtle-heads and gorgeous sunsets from our porch. Property managers were responsive to our requests / needs.
The downsides included finding a dead cockroach in our bedroom and we had to request service immediately after arriving due to a drawer in the kitchen being very unstable / falling out (knife drawer). Also, the on-campus workout facility was minimally hotel quality and required an insane $30/day to use. These are not deal-breakers, just good to know before booking. If you want to work out while here, there is a local Anytime Fitness, as well as a gym called The Block - both of which cost substantially less than the on-property option.

My family of 5 had the very best time at this condo. Starting with the booking process, everything was so easy. When we arrived, the condo was super clean and everything we needed was there - including beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, a snorkel mask, everything we needed to cook including a BBQ, and it was SUPER comfortable. I would stay here anytime! The beds and furniture were all super comfortable. The view is just fantastic and a short walk to the beach. One thing to note, if you have children, this community has a lot of rules about when and where children can play. Other than that it was absolutely perfect and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the condo itself. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Great location. Clean for the most part but had issues with ants in the kitchen and the biggest cockroach I have ever seen in the bathroom (which I heard is common in Hawaii). Kitchen was well stocked and was able to cook and bbq multiple nights. Overall happy with our stay.

We had a wonderful time and the location was fantastic. The ONLY issue was in the bedroom with the twin beds there were a bunch of bugs (possibly gnats) all over the room. There was bug spray in the cabinet so we sprayed and most died after a few days but we couldn’t use the room. Other than that it was perfect.
