192-2 Oceanfront

Nice villa in a residential complex. The quiet pool is oceanfront and 2 other pools for kids. Although oceanfront there isn’t really a beach area. Good for surfers. Villa was well stocked (especially in the kitchen, lots of towels) and very clean. Loved the patio for watching sunsets, outdoor dining, and late-night card games. Easy access to town (1 mile). Excellent communication. Highly recommend.

This rental is beautiful. Spacious, fantastic location, spectacular views, clean and very comfortable. It provides all of the necessities of home. The management company is wonderful to deal with, quick to respond to any question or concern before arrival and once you are there. I would not hesitate to book directly through APVR in the future. This was a perfect vacation rental!

Only issue we had was shower drain was clogged in master bath and there was a little mildew in grout on shower floor, but we took care of it. Also Julie was super helpful when we needed a broom and getting into unit a little early. Thanks again for a great stay, I’m already missing the view.

This property was perfection. 6 adults stayed here comfortably. The ocean is literally right out your back door. The beach is a little rocky but still has some sand to play on. This property also has air conditioning and fans that will keep you nice and comfy during your stay. Kitchen was stocked with most all cooking utensils you would need / pots/ pans/ knifes etc. The manager was quick to attend to our needs and answer questions. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay while here at this perfect beach front location. The unit was very clean and had everythig that was needed for our week stay in Paridise. Walk straigt out to the beach, we always felt safe and enjoyed our stay. Would go back in a second.

It was great to be here, we had visitors but none that stayed over night which seemed to be an issue from the renter. There was construction happening while we stayed which woke me up early Saturday morning. But It was a beautiful stay with a great view and still had a good experience.

The house is well stocked with the essentials. It is right on the water, so no need to travel anywhere to get close. We also enjoyed the morning sunrises when we were struggling with our time change the first few days. Lots of comfy sitting both outside and inside. We never used the two pools, but they are great for those who would.

My only recommendations are to have an actual bed and not the Murphy bed in the 3rd bedroom. Our guests who stayed in that room didn’t find the bed overly comfy.

The second recommendation is to either put out instructions for how to work the washer / dryer or get new appliances as they were extremely complicated to work.

Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed the place!

Even though construction was surrounding us, the management was very accommodating. The view made up for everything. We have booked again for next year. A few notes: a gas bbq would be easier than charcoal and outdoor shower leaks onto patio. We have been coming to puamana since 1982 and this was my favorite unit so far.

We have been staying at Puamana since 1995. Many different units over the years. 192-2 Was the best appointed with anything anyone could have needed for an excellent stay. Loved the app, Rick and Dave. We brought our own knives as we always do, no need because there was an entire set, sharp as can be! Plenty of towels and dishes.

Family vacation was highlighted with the rental property. An amazing view with clean and updated furnishings.

We had a fantastic time on our trip to Maui, and this property was a huge reason why. The view was amazing, the house was super spacious and comfortable. The lanai was perfect for lounging at anytime of day, and you can hear the ocean even when the doors are closed. We have stayed at the puamana townhomes before for the great location but never this particular property. We would definitely stay at this house again. The only drawback if you can call it that (knit picky) is that we had to buy or rent our own beach chairs for beach excursions as none were already in the house as we have experienced in other properties on past trips to Maui. Our trip was fantastic and can’t wait to come back.

Our family of 5 genuinely enjoyed our time at the condo. It is beautifully furnished, clean, and equipped with all that we needed during our time there. Our favorite spot was the lanai. We spent most of our evening time outdoors relaxing and taking in the views. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We would return! Thank you!

The townhouse was exactly as pictured - recently remodeled - very nicely done! There were three bedrooms but one had a murphy bed and there was an additional murphy bed in the living room. The rental was clean with a great kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare meals. Patio was great and we were able to walk the beach right in front of the unit. There was a swimming beach and a pool that overlooked the ocean within walking distance. I would highly recommend this unit.

On our first visit to Maui, our family of 4 spent 2 weeks at 192-2 Puamana and it was exceptional. The condo description was 100% accurate and the condo itself had everything we needed to make our vacation perfect. The kitchen was well-appointed. The living room was comfortable for relaxing. If there's any weakness (and it's TINY), it's that the bedrooms don't have any views and the 3rd bed is a Murphy Bed so it's not as comfortable as the other two (though my teenage son was happy in it for 2 weeks!). But, for views, all you have to do is spend time in the main living area and you'll see the ocean stretch out before you with Lana'i in the distance. It's magnificent!

The best part of the condo is the outdoor space overlooking the water. Our family spent hours out there eating and relaxing. It had comfortable shaded seating and a spacious dining table, plus ceiling fans and shades that came down to help with sun glare and heat. Waking up each morning and having my tea while watching the ocean in total peace was my favorite part of each day. The outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach was also helpful.

Puamana is not your typical beachfront condo complex. You won't necessarily find long stretches of white sandy beach (it depends on the tide). But we spent so much time wandering to other beaches and having Puamana to come home to was amazing. And we did swim from the beach at Puamana and also rented surf boards and enjoyed the surf break literally steps from our condo. We also rented bikes so we could make the short trek into Lahaina Town, but it's certainly an easy walk.

A Perfect Vacation Rental was great. We had no issues but they kept in touch up until the day we occupied the condo and knowing we had an on-island contact in case of problems was nice. I would 100% recommend renting from this management company and renting this unit and I would bring my family back to Puamana without hesitation.

Our condo overall was beautiful. It was remodeled last November(2017). It was nicely done and well appointed. I would say it was perfect for our first week with 4 adults and 2 young children. The 3rd bedroom is too small for 2 adults. The bed is a Murphy bed with a thin mattress. The second week we had to move the mattress from the living room Murphy bed and put it in the 3rd bedroom. We only had one adult in there but the Murphy bed was too thin for an adult.The master bedroom was very nice with ensuite. The 2nd bedroom was nice but only a queen size bed.
The lanai was as stated and only 25 feet away from the ocean. The view and sound were perfect. We spent the majority of our time there. The beaches were quite rocky but access to Lahina was very close yet we felt secluded in our own beautiful spot.

Great location. Construction going on in condo attached all the time. Place out dated with no air in bed rooms. When they update and remodel it will be amazing like their other one we stayed in. Owners amazing. Would go agsin

Spacious and comfortable with a lovely view.

The rental unit was everything just as it was described on the website. We were literally 25 feet from the ocean. The Lahinia location was perfect. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Would definitely rent again!

The place was fantastic and the whole family enjoyed our time. We all wanted to bring the beds home with us, aircon was perfect, tv, technology and internet first class.
The location is sensational - true to pictures and just outside a great little town. Not caught up in the hotel zone of Kanapali.
I would highly recommend this to all families - I hope that I get a chance to come back.

The property description and photos were accurate regarding every detail. What I can add is that I thought this was one of the best places I've stayed in Lahaina. The ocean view from the condo is amazing; and the beach is perfect for small children and casual surfing/paddling. When we'd go further south to Puamana Park Beach (5-minute stroll) it isn't as rocky so it was good for running around or swimming out without goggles.

The condo itself holds a very serene vibe - it is very clean, luxuriously cozy, and spacious. The condo has every bluetooth accessory one might need for work or entertainment, and they blend in nicely with the decor (or are cleverly tucked away). It's a great space for small children and the decor is modern and tasteful.

There is a covered parking spot in front of the condo for the car - very convenient.

We loved that it was a brisk 15-minute walk to downtown Front Street - convenient for eating out or shopping.

I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in Puamana 4 years ago but not right on the beach. So glad that this time we did. Nothing like sitting right on the Lanai and watching the sunset. House was wonderful and the beds were so comfortable. All six of us loved the beds, even the kids. Manager was very accommodating to our needs. Location to Lahania and other activities is idea. Had a wonderful time in Maui. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This place is very beautiful. My friends were very happy to stay there. They would love to come back again.

The unit is as described in the pictures and promotion material. The location really is as close to the water as you can get. Our surfers could walk 30 yards to the left where the somewhat rocky/sandy beach access is and be surfing in front of the unit in a minute. We walked into Lahaina a couple times and a rented bike from town made the trip very easy. We were initially surprised by the fully carpeted family room, but found it to be very comfortable. We had 8 occupants which is at the upper limit. The queen sofa bed was very serviceable, at least for a couple 20 somethings. Place was clean. Aside from a towel bar in the master bath that would not stay on the wall, everything functioned well. We cooked in several nights and all breakfast and lunches. The kitchen is very well equipped, even with baking pans if you are so inclined. Comes with plenty of bath and beach towels. Air conditioning worked well and was definitely needed for our July stint. If we return to West Maui, we would certainly consider staying here again.

Rental was very clean. Had everything we ever needed. The view was just awesome.

Our family had a wonderful time in Maui. We could have not chosen a better place to stay. This unit is so comfortable and spacious. Centrally located, minutes to the town area. Clean, modern, nicely appointed. It felt like a home, not a 'rental'. And the view...amazing. The entire complex was beautiful as well, gated and secure. We just had such a wonderful week, we didn't want to leave! Thank you for sharing this beautiful place. It truly was a perfect vacation.

When our family of 8 entered our vacation rental we all stopped in our tracks. The ocean views were amazing! When we opened the sliding doors, it felt like the ocean was right in our living room. Even though we were a big group, the condo never felt crowded because we spent so much time enjoying the ocean just outside our doors. Many fun evening were spent gathered around the large table for dinners that we took turns creating. The condo is very clean and well represented by the photos on the website. There are hedges on each side of the patio for privacy, and it's close to beach access which made it an ideal location within Puamana. It was absolutely perfect for our family!

This place has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. This is the third unit we have rented in Puamana and one that we would rent again. The unit was well maintained and has everything you need, including beach chairs and towels. We like to cook our own meals sometimes and the kitchen had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, and most important, ocean front. I recommend this unit.

This was an extraordinary location for a milestone birthday celebration with the entire family. The location couldn't have been better...spectacular ocean views, walking distance to Lahaina, and easy access to all kinds of activities. The house was spacious, well equipped, and immaculate. This was our first time renting a house, so I was a little nervous about where we would be staying. However, we could not be happier with the house, location and property management company. The experience was perfect and relaxing, it was more than we could ask for. Upon arrival the house was clean, cool and welcoming. The view is unbelievable! The sunsets will literally take your breath away. Everything was so easy, stress free and straight forward. We definitely recommend this rental to all of our friends and would love to go back!

Five of us stayed here (2 kids, 3 adults) in February 2015 and it was wonderful. I can't say enough about the beauty of the living room doors opening up right onto the view of the beach. The condo was comfortable and spacious and clean with a good kitchen (but don't look for leftover spices and soups from other vacationers, only basics here), and located in a gated community just minutes from downtown Lahaina. Very convenient! At certain times of the year the beach right down in front is all rocks (like for us) and sometimes it's sand. During sand times this place would be even better, which is hard to imagine since it's already fantastic. Also, owners are great and friendly with good communication. A+ from us!
