This Puamana oceanfront townhome has just undergone an extensive remodel. The renovated unit features a new kitchen, two new bathrooms and a powder room off the living room, new flooring, new paint and new furniture!! The amazing view remains the same, but now it can be enjoyed in style!!

Opening the lanai glass doors each morning and sitting outside having coffee, all the while listening to the waves crash is something you just don’t tire of. The breathtaking beauty of having the ocean in your backyard makes this the perfect place to call home during your time on Maui. You can spend hours relaxing on the lanai, watching the surfers in the morning and sunsets at night. It's not unusual to see turtles poking their heads up.

Puamana is a gated community with beautifully landscaped, stunning grounds, three pools, a clubhouse, a small playground, and a tennis court. There are great shops, restaurants, and activities within walking distance of Lahaina town. The wharf is close by if you are interested in any fishing or whale-watching excursions. This location in West Maui is also a short distance from many of the sightseeing destinations you may want to explore, but there is nothing better than returning home to this lovely oceanfront unit right on the ocean.

This unit has a Ring Security System with exterior surveillance cameras as well as two motion detectors located on the side of the building at the front door and on the back lanai. The unit is often unoccupied and is adjacent to the canal which has public access. Puamana Security is not on the property after 11:00 pm and these cameras act as a deterrent. There are no cameras anywhere in the interior of the unit. Please note that there is a maximum occupancy of four persons only. No exceptions. If more than four people then you will be asked to leave and not be refunded. This is also a three-bedroom unit but the primary bedroom is not available for use and is locked off for owner-use only

This unit is in one of the closest buildings to the clubhouse and ocean pool.

We had the best vacation in Maui, and staying at Puamana Resort was huge part. We stayed in an Ocean front unit and the home was absolutely beautiful. I cant think of anything that the owners could possibly do to improve, they thought of everything. Will be staying here again in the future.

We enjoyed our time at the property. The location can't be beat. We loved being able to crawl out of bed and get in the water. Living that close to the ocean is very relaxing and a true vacation. The one main disappointment was that the one bedroom with an ocean view was locked-off by the owner. Although they technically didn't mislead on the listing, we should have been more careful examining the photos of the bedrooms, but all the other ocean-front units in Puamana have one bedroom with an ocean view, so we assumed it did. Our bad, but we feel it should have been mentioned in the listing that the master bedroom was locked-off for owner-use only. Also, we love to cook and the pots and pans are all scratched non-stick which is not great. Other than that, we had a great family time there. Very quiet, clean and nice neighbors! We own a vacation rental management company in Northern CA and are not quick to give negative feedback.

This oceanfront property is in a great location - would be hard to beat it. The grounds are well cared for, 3 pools to choose from on the property and very close to Lahaina town for excursions, shopping or dining.
