58-4 Oceanfront 2 Bedroom

Amazing location! While it is on the water, there is no accessible beach directly in front of the unit as it is full of rocks. However the views from the bedrooms and lanai are stunning. There is a nice sandy beach within walking distance on the property. Pools were close to the unit as well, our kids enjoyed both regular pools. The unit is also Super close to front street and many activities/restaurants.

The unit itself is sufficient though could use some deep cleaning and basic updates. The couch needs to be replaced completely as adults can’t sit on it without sinking through it. Beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean and soft. The kitchen was stocked with the basics, pots/pans and knives need to be replaced. while the unit had clearly been cleaned well prior to our arrival, there are a lot of bugs that accumulated in the unit (we found dead ants etc throughout our stay) mostly in the bathrooms and downstairs. On the lanai there is a roll down shade which helps keep the downstairs cool as the afternoon sun is intense.

Sand toys, beach chairs and boogie boards, small surf board were available in the outdoor closet which was nice to have.

We would return to the property but likely select another unit.

Perfect location; the ocean is 25 feet away. The living room it's useful life and uncomfortable. The loft was hot, and the window ac dodn't keep up with the temps. Overall, we loved the location

We love the location. The air conditioner upstairs doesn’t work. The blinds on the window are tattered upstairs. The downstairs tub was plugged. The kitchen sink was plugged up. We bought raid but was unable to get rid of the ants upstairs and in the downstairs bathroom. Overall we had a great time

Great condo, right on the water. Perfect sunset setting. We woke up and and went to bed watching the waves. This condo had everything we wanted for a family with three teens: open kitchen, private porch, place to store boards, great beds, beach towels, tennis court, walk to Lahaina, close to day outings. We will be back :)

Our family has been staying at Puamana for over 10 years and once again we had a fabulous vacation. This was our second stay in #58-4 and we returned to this corner unit because of it’s gorgeous views. From early morning coffee to sunset pupu’s and dinner barbeques - the lanai was our happy place. As usual, the amazing management and staff from APVR were helpful and responsive when needed. We are already planning our 2023 Puamana trip.

The views are breathtaking. They are amazing from two sides of the house. It feels like a private island. The porch offered beautiful sunsets every evening looking out towards Lanai.

It was clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. We loved the grounds and the community center is lovely. We were able to borrow a book from the library. It was wonderful. The location is right on the water and the sound of the waves lulls you to sleep. The unit has both a upstairs and downstairs bedroom which allows for couples or a small family.

We were ecstatic with the views and access to the ocean being oceanfront. This property has it all. Plenty of space, plenty of widows and sliders to enjoy paradise. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans and all utensils. They even had an outdoor grill and water tots to enjoy. Everyone at the property was super nice and friendly from booking all the way to check-in. Communication was great and very easy!

We thoroughly enjoyed Puamana 58-4 for the week we were there recently. Coming home was HARD! The views and location of this unit are absolutely amazing. The unit could use a fresh coat of paint inside but that did not affect our fabulous week there. Missing Puamana SO much! Can't wait to return!

The location and views are amazing!! Our only complaint are the two single beds in loft are very short and do not offer good night sleep. My son is 5'8 and struggled to fit on the bed. Otherwise great house!!!

We have stayed at numerous condos in Maui, this one was our favorite!! Plenty of room for our family of 4, well stocked kitchen to make a nice homemade meal, and the view....absolutely amazing!!!! The complex is quiet and beautifully manicured, but also super close to downtown Lahaina. This condo just really had it all, for the first time we might be repeat customers!

Our stay here was wonderful. Being in the corner unit made for a breathtaking moment as we walked in and saw the waves crashing from outside of the patio doors and picture window on the side. That never got old! It was the most amazing place for daily sunsets. We cooked most nights and found everything we needed in the kitchen including basic staples. The kids loved having direct surfing access right out the back door! APVR was easy to work with and very responsive to my questions prior to the trip. We will be back for sure!

Location is what makes this place special. It is showing its age in some places and needs a few updates. And, tall people take note, you will find the slanted walls in the upstairs bathroom to be a bit of a challenge. The remodeled kitchen is beautiful. A nice touch, we were contacted by the rental company upon our arrival and just before check-out to let us know someone was available to contact for any reason. Sitting on the patio and watching the sunset is heaven on earth.

Our family absolutely loved the condo and it’s location. It had everything we needed. The upstairs loft was perfect for our 3 adult daughters to have their own space. I would highly recommend staying here.

This property 58-4 is a great and private location. The best part about it, it is right on the beach!! ---Literally 20 feet away from the water! This place and this part of Puamana are very private. It is away from the daily traffic (which is very little anyhow) in Puamana. The beach in front of the property is a rocky beach so its not great for beach lounging and your typical beach activities but good for exploring and enjoying the views.

The condo itself is a bit tired. There has been a recent remodel but the furnishings/furniture is a pretty worn down. I can understand the wear and tear on furniture and things being so close to the ocean but some of the lounge chairs and cushions are in need of replacement.

Overall a very good stay with a perfect vacation rental! We come back year after year. We continue invite and recommend our friends and family to do business with APVR! Thank you guys! Until next time!

This rental is ideal for a small family or 2 couples. We had a wonderful 10 days enjoying the incredible views and location of this rental. Easy access to the main oceanside pool at Puamana was a definite plus. Being an end unit along with its location made it quite private. While we had a few minor maintenance issues, however the management company was very responsive and timely in addressing our issues. Kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed the barbecue availability for several dinners. The walk into Lahaina is about 20 minutes or rent a bike as our son did to enjoy biking into town. With Hawaii recently reopening for visitors with a negative Covid 19 pretravel test, we felt fortunate to experience Hawaii without the usual crowds of visitors. It was encouraging to see local businesses beginning to come back to life after a difficult time over the past year. We would highly recommend this property and APVR management company.
